So its been a while since I have posted on here.. Things have been pretty crazy. Lots of new stock coming in daily! (even as I type this!!)

Couple of things you might like to know, we have picked up Vans Footwear and Clothing also UGG Australia Boots. But the most beautiful thing recently, THE SUPRA SKYTOP III has finally dropped in AUS!

They have flipped the script somewhat with the latest Skytop and have gone back to a Mid top, basketball inspired sneaker.

Native Fitzsimmons Hiking Boots

Now you might remember earlier in this blog I let you know about Native Footwear.

Well the Fitzsimmons Hiking Boot has hit shelves just in time for the cold and wet Melbourne winter. Great timing I say!! Classically moulded on a Hiking boot these bad boys will keep your feet both toasty and dry on those rainy days!

The two piece injection moulded EVA upper and sole unit make the Fitzsimmons a super light weight boot and combine that with the Neoprene sock liner, makes you feel like your walking on clouds! New Balance 576 X 'Lakes District Pack'

New Balance has done it AGAIN!

These guys are hitting every mark with their "Made in England" proddy at the moment. New Balance, in case you don't know still make over 1 million pairs of sneaks in the UK each year. Employing over 200 people in their Flimby factory. Very much true to their heritage right...?

In this latest gift they have paid tribute to the beautiful surroundings of the factory, "The Lakes District". The shoe they chose was easy, with Flimby being the home of the 576 that was what had to be done!

So to the sneaks.

There are 3 pairs, each representing a different part of the beautiful countryside.

M576CDW represents the Derwent Water area and is inspired by the water craft found on the lake. With detailing of Premium Leathers and Waxed Sail Cloth toe box, it also has hints at a life vest with the yellow ankle collar. Top it off with round laces and a map of the lake on the tongue this is a must for any sailor!

M576CSF is straight from the mountain top, using dark earthy tones to the Premium Leathers. This shoe pays homage to the mountainous area around Scafell Pike, with true hiking style from the laces to the heavy duty textile of the toe box! You would feel as at home on the mountain as you would on the street!

And finally the M567CSB with its sandy, water splattered look to the leather the M567CSB is inspired by the rugged coastline of St Bees. We have been given again Premium Leathers that have been finished in a way that replicates water on beach stones. Teamed with canvas and rope detailing, its a win!

Swizz Beatz X Reebok The Kamikaze

Recently Reebok teamed up with rapper/producer Swizz Beatz and put their heads together to create a classic colab! Its name is The Kamikaze, not to be confused with the shoe made famous by Shawn Kemp, but you can see there is some inspiration taken from this classic 90's B-ball shoe.

Winter Dr Martens!!

As most of us know here in Melbs we didn't really get a Summer this year! A few beautiful days thrown in here and there but oh well!

New Balnce 576 "Pub Pack"

With the new year just around the corner and New Balance re-launching their Lifestyle range in OZ, 2011 is looking like a great year for Sneaker lovers...

After a few delays these three 576's will be hitting your local late Jan 2011. "Brewed in England" these 3 shoes are themed around three classic pubs "The Royal Oak", "The Red Lion" and "The Kings Head" all of which are very common names for watering holes.

These ultra British sneaks are made with the most premium leathers and unique detailing. All of which have the Union Jack stitched into the heel, individually themed labelling on the tongue and an innersole designed as the flooring of each pub. NATIVE....hipster Crocs?

Something very special is coming to Key Sole over the next few months... a Croc for hipsters! They are called Native and so far they have come up with 4 silhouettes.

You have the Jefferson which is essentially a Converse All Star, the Miller (a Vans Authentic), the Corrado which is the most Croc looking but with an injection or street cred and finally my favourite the Fitzsimmons Boot.

Basically these are "cool" Crocs, using the same EVA thermal plastics and injection moulding but with some serious freshness, literally they all have fresh scents which is a interesting concept in itself. Having tried them on myself I can safely say that, yes they are as comfortable as anything I have put on my feet!!

Coming in a variety of colours they will be a huge hit this summer and who knows they might even go viral like Crocs did.

Could this see the end of people wearing red crocs with socks.....I certainly hope so!

Jason RETURNS!

This year Casio has jumped into the DeLorean and bought back one of its old favorites....

Meet Jason!

The G-001 has been modeled on the '94 classic the DW-001, nicknamed "The Jason" because of the ice hockey mask looking dimples on the watch face. Just hitting Australian shores earlier last month they have done 4 colourways (2 of them bound to keep the purest very happy), the OG yellow of the DW-001 has been given new life in the form of the G-001-9DR!

Bringing back the 90's steez like a punch in the face from a street cat, this watch has wrist-protectors, a plastic (YES PLASTIC) fastening clip and all the jazz from the 90's. The orginal Jason had sun and moon data and a Thermometer function which is quite strange to have on a watch. This re-release has been simplified somewhat with a 24hr Stop-Watch, 24hr Countdown Timer, 3 Alarms and World-Time it is also 20Bar water resistant.

I don't know about you all but I think one of the best features of "The Jason" have to be the Mesh Vents along the wrist band. Maybe I'm crazy but I love the touch. Also the fact that there is a simple face which makes it very easy to read, with the right hand "eye" counting seconds and the left side 10secs.

"The Jason" will be a sure favorite with young and old no doubt bringing back memories of the wild 90's with all the colour and gathering plenty of new fans along the way!!

Out Nights

Is there anything this town doesn't have!!!

Over the week I have been exploring this nuts city trying to find my new local, and there are a few to choose from. But I think last night i found it!! Directly across the road from the store there is a bar/club called "New Guernica" open till 3am every night of the week and till 5am Thursday-Saturday nights!!

Was glad we stopped in to check it out last night tossing up what we were going to do after the FAT "Apple of my Eye" T-Shirt exhibition (sponsored by Bulmers). After having a couple there and checking out the wicked variety of fashion that is Melbourne's we wondered back past the shop and stopped in. All I can say is WOW!!! The place is just Melbourne all over, individual and very cool! Next time there I will make sure I have my camera, I'm sure it wont be too long so WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

Just walking around the city of Melbourne you can come across some amazing sights... be it buskers in the streets or lane ways of Graffiti!
I stumbled upon this beauty earlier in the week, one of the best things about the city is the appreciation for things like this.
Classic example, all the people taking photos of this amazing ART!!
Even as I was taking flicks myself, I overheard two elderly ladies talking about the ART, saying how much they liked it!!

That's the difference between Melbourne and many other city's in Australia!
